When something ends, or has to change shape, the way it is done matters for years afterwards. Mediation gives the conversation a structure, so decisions are made by you rather than by escalation.
WHAT I MEDIATE
Separation and divorce
The full agreement: finances, the home, pension and the practical arrangements, negotiated once and written down properly.
Parenting plan
Care arrangements that fit real life and can grow with the children, with both parents still able to speak to one another.
Family and inheritance
Estates, family businesses, care for a parent. Old positions in the family often speak louder than the money involved.
Neighbours and shared projects
A conflict with a neighbour, a co owner, or someone you once built something with. Resolved before it reaches court.
HOW I HOLD THE ROOM
Warm towards both of you, unbending about the problem.
You will not be rushed, and you will not be allowed to circle. I keep the pace, name what is happening underneath the argument, and bring the conversation back to the decisions that actually have to be made.
Family conflict carries loyalty, birth order, old debts of gratitude. Where that is what keeps a negotiation stuck, systemic work is part of the mediation, briefly and practically, so the deadlock releases instead of hardening.

INVESTMENT
One clear rate, shared between you.
Private mediation is billed by the hour in line with MfN registered mediator practice, from 150 euro per hour excluding VAT. You receive a written quote with an estimate of the total hours after the free intake call.
