The Unfinished Mediation
Soft on the people, hard on the problem. Mediation for business and private conflicts, guided with the same systemic eye and aiming at feasible, durable agreements both parties can actually carry.

"Systemic work makes the invisible, visible. Mediation turns it into agreements on paper."
WHEN MEDIATION
When the conversation keeps repeating itself and nothing moves.
Conflict rarely stays where it started. It spreads into the corridor, the family dinner, the leadership team, the legal budget. Mediation stops that spread by putting both parties back in the same room with a clear structure, a firm hand and a deadline.
I am hard on the problem and soft on the people. That means no endless talking and no pretending the hurt is not there. I name what is really at stake, separate position from interest, and work towards agreements that hold once everyone leaves the room.
- — Faster and far cheaper than litigation

THE PROCESS
Intake
A separate conversation with each party. I test whether mediation is the right route, and what each side actually needs to be able to move.
Joint sessions
Three to five sessions of roughly two hours. Structured, direct, and firmly held. The pattern underneath the conflict is named, not avoided.
Agreements
I move from grievance to actual steps: who does what, by when, and what happens if it slips.
On paper
The outcome is recorded in a settlement agreement or parenting plan, ready for your lawyer, HR or the court to formalise.
TWO ROUTES
Business mediation
Employment conflict, tension in the management team, friction between departments, exit and settlement negotiations, shareholder and business partner disputes.

Separation and divorce, parenting plans, family and inheritance matters, disputes between neighbours or between people who once built something together.
