Systemic coach in Amsterdam.
Making patterns visible so you can choose again.
You do not have to be broken to look at what you no longer see. In my practice I move between systemic work, constellations and mediation. As a systemic coach I observe the dynamics you are in: which patterns repeat, where loyalty or old agreements limit you, and how you can make a different choice from a place of insight.
I work in Dutch and English, with individuals and organisations. Sometimes a constellation is valuable, sometimes a conversation is enough. Together we decide what is needed now.
Where systemic work helps.
Systemic work suits situations where cause and effect are no longer clear. You do what you can, yet something keeps returning. Then it pays to look at the system: who or what carries what, who belongs, and where is the disturbance?
- — Recurring conflicts at work or at home.
- — Leadership in which you keep meeting the same resistance.
- — A sense of not fitting in, despite outward success.
- — Teams stuck in dynamics no one names out loud.
- — Choices that feel harder than they should be.
How I work.
I listen, ask questions and name what I see. No lecturing, no ready-made advice. The point is that you recognise the patterns yourself, so you can relate to them differently. Where needed I use constellations or mediation techniques to break an impasse.
My role is that of an independent observer: I see the dynamics, speak them out and then help you move forward with them yourself.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What does a systemic coach do?
A systemic coach looks at the system you function in: work, family, relationships. It is not about giving advice, but about making visible the patterns, loyalties and unwritten rules that influence your behaviour.
Who is systemic coaching for?
For people who experience recurring situations, for leaders in transition and for teams that notice collaboration is no longer flowing. Also if you personally want to break a pattern.
How is it different from regular coaching?
In systemic work the focus is not only on your individual goal, but on the dynamics you are part of. Sometimes the answer is not inside you, but in the system around you.
How long does a trajectory take?
Usually four to eight sessions of one to one-and-a-half hours. For organisations or teams this varies depending on the question and scope.
Can it be done online?
Yes, individual sessions can be held online. Constellations and team work are often more effective in person, but hybrid formats are possible.
